Our guided meditations will help you to increase your awareness of the present moment, it will help you to reduce your stress and will give you a feeling of stillness.

Once your mind and body are still, you can then become mindful. Once you’re mindful, you can affirm good things into your life.

Sound bath
Add sound and let yourself float away in a beautiful meditative experience. You will be bathed in sound waves produced by healing instruments as gongs, singing bowls, Zaphir Chimes to enjoy a profound state of relaxation.

Staring at a sunset offers tremendous physical, mental and spiritual benefits. Watching the sun pass over the horizon will boost the secretion of melatonin and serotonin, our “feel-good” hormones.
