This Fusion class combines yoga with high intensity interval training “HIIT” to work out the whole body. You will get and keep your heart rate up, will tone and strengthen your muscles, and improve your mobility and flexibility. All combined with deep releasing, flowing yoga asanas. Wake up your body through strength, power and grace. Energetic music will keep your spirit high and just remember that your mind gets sooner tired than your body:)
